just by chance, I happened to stumble over a video of a presentation I gave in summer 2010 to a number of american experts in direct democracy touring europe in advance of the global forum on modern direct democracy 2010. They were keen to know how electronic voting works in Zurich. One of them seems to have used his cell phone to put it on youtube. The start is rather sluggish - but one has to know, we had, like, a 100 degrees on this very sunny day, and the audience was primarily digesting their dinner, or so it seemed.
